I am the school guidance counselor, Ms. Liu. I give counseling classes on a monthly basis for each grade. I hope the monthly based counseling classes can help students explore many mental health issues. I also hope what our discussions in classes will be like seeds sprouting in students' hearts to help built up some coping strategies to deal with life and emotional issues. Most importantly, if students are feeling a little down or emotional and need someone to talk to, I am glad to be that person.
